But if a toy does meet an unfortunate end, just give us a shout. For minor wear and tear, we’ll patch it up. For more serious injuries, we will review on a case-to-case basis and trust us It will still be cheaper than buying a new toy, and far less traumatic than a toy funeral!

First stop: “Toy Emergency Care.” Here, all our returned toys are given a thorough check up to ensure they’ve made it back in one piece and are safe for the next little explorer.

Next stop: the “Toy rejuvenation centre.” Each toy is lovingly cleaned and disinfected using gentle yet highly effective organic cleaning products. We use UV-based sanitization machines, approved by the FDA, to guarantee 100% safe use for your children. We take special precaution to inspect battery-operated toys by ensuring battery compartments are securely closed to prevent access to batteries.

Finally, the toys are packed up for the journey to their next happy home, ready to spark more joy and learning.

For the toys which are broken beyond refurbish, then we send it to our league of toy manufacturers to recycle.
